Delivery and Returns


You have 14 days from date of receipt to return Goods to us and you do not have to give a reason for doing so. You will have to pay for the return of the Goods but if the goods are in new condition you will receive a refund that includes the cost of the original delivery.

Please include your full contact details with returned goods.


We are happy to exchange items for an alternative of your choice if the original is returned in new condition. You will have to pay for the return postage, but we will provide free shipping on the replacement. If the replacement is of higher value we will contact you to arrange the additional payment.

Bellman & Flint accepts no liability for any failure to ship products provided that we take all reasonable steps to notify you within fourteen days of order placement that products will not be shipped as ordered.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you receive damaged or faulty Goods then you should contact us within 48 hours of receiving of the Goods before returning. If we confirm when the Goods arrive back with us that they are damaged or faulty, then you will not be liable for the cost of returning the Goods.

You will be offered a replacement or refund.
We regret that we cannot accept returns for special order items (unless damaged or faulty).

A special order item would typically be any item that is not standard stock and has been modified in some way.
We cannot be held responsible for packages being returned to us that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit.

For your protection if you are returning Goods to us, we recommend that you send your package with a tracked, signed and insured postal service.


We aim to despatch goods within 48 hours of order, if this is not possible for any reason or items are out of stock we will contact you.

UK Customers for items that are normally sent Royal Mail Tracked First Class may contact us to arrange a postage upgrade to Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day for an additional charge, subject to availability of items ordered.

International Shipments

Some International Addresses in remote areas incur a delivery surcharge if shipped with DHL. In order to avoid excessive shipping fees shipments to remote area addresses will be sent by standard International Post for the price paid at the time of order.

Some shipments may be upgraded from standard International Post to delivery by DHL if appropriate.

Shipments to countries outside the EU do not incur UK VAT Sales Tax. However, your destination country may require that you pay Import Duty and /or Customs Charges.

Orders received from Non-EU countries will have the VAT subtracted at checkout and shipping costs calculated at that time.
